Into 2016, a Capitol Hill investigation
of corruption ended after a complaint that conservative Republican Party groups
complaining they were being delayed or denied for Internal Revenue Service
(IRS) approvals of Section 501(c)(4) activity.
The investigation
of delay or denied of conservative groups centered on IRS
Director of Exempt Organizations, Lois Lerner.
In the end, there was substantial
evidence presented showing that conservative Republican Party groups were being
delayed or denied while liberal Democrat Party groups were more likely to be
approved. After some time, President
Obama’s DOJ made a
Judicial mockery as it refused to appoint a Special Prosecutor.
Capitol Hill leaders decided not to
further prosecute Lois Lerner.
After the 2016 Presidential Election
victory, President Donald Trump declared he was declaring a cleanliness to
‘Drain the swamp’ in exposing the improper and illegal activity.
There have been several investigations
leading to illegal activities; specifically, by a Department of Justice (DOJ)
and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) as they used a tainted Steele
Dossier, lied to the FISA Court, to be granted a warrant without advising the
court the Dossier was paid for by Hillary Clinton and the Democrat National
Committee (DNC); that their unreasonable, improper, and illegal activity of
their decision to spy on Donald Trump.
This Dossier was a ‘total lie’; without any evidence as presented to the
FICA Court by our DOJ and the FBI.
Yes, Hillary Clinton, the Democrat
National Committee lied to the FICA Court to ascertain a warrant in using President
Obama’s Department of Justice and the Federal Bureau of Investigation to use taxpayers’
money to spy on Donald Trump and his campaign.
Now, the DOJ and the FBI are refusing
to release their falsified evidence to Congressional committees related to their
investigation and prosecution.
While many involved individuals
associated in these corrupt actions to principals in the investigations are
Special Prosecutor, Robert Mueller and Deputy Attorney General, Rod Rosenstein.
Now, eleven conservative Republicans
on the Congressional investigative teams are filing Deputy Attorney General,
Rod Rosenstein for ‘Articles of Impeachment’ for failing to provide the
Congressional Investigators’ requested evidence in this investigation.
Earlier, GOP leaders closed the book
on Lois Learner. Now, Speaker of the
House, Paul Ryan is refusing to honor the 11 House members ‘Articles of
Impeachment’.
Without a commanding Attorney General,
Jeff Sessions continues to display his weakness to administer his job. AG Session’s delays supports 2018 Democrat
Party candidates and their arguments.
AG Sessions and Capitol Hill
Republicans must show their strength by supporting President Trump in removing
all Washington, DC corruption and become a part of ‘Draining the swamp’.
