NC State fires head basketball coach Mark Gottfried
Congratulation to NC State Athletic Director, Debbie Yow, and her now decision to ‘finally’ fire Head Coach Mark Gottfried. Coach Gottfried has been a coach who directed NC State Basketball from near the top part of the ACC; now, down to the lower part of the conference.
As for me, Coach Gottfried lacks the skills and ability to recruit top tier athletes and teach and/or increase their natural skills.
After giving Coach Gottfried an increase and an extension, I believe just last year, how much will her action last year decision and her current decision now cost NC Stat athletics? Now, when will NC State Athletic Director, Debbie Yow recognize these same lack of skills in the Baseball program?
