An act of TREASON; but both walk free

By Oscar Y. Harward

Military Judge Col. Jeffery R. Nance should himself, be investigated and considered in facing a Military Court-Martial as governed by the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

The evidence shows Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl voluntarily left his post to join the Taliban, a terrorist organization.   Bergdahl’s action required his fellow military members to begin a search for him.

Six U.S. soldiers were killed looking for him: Staff Sergeant Clayton Bowen, Private 1st Class Morris Walker, Staff Sergeant Kurt Curtiss, 2nd Lieutenant Darryn Andrews, Staff Sergeant Michael Murphrey and Private 1st Class Matthew Martinek.”

Later, President Obama traded Bergdahl with the Taliban, a terrorist group, by releasing 5 high profile GITMO evil-killer detainees in May 2014.

Allowing Bergdahl to walk freely is a legal disgrace as Judge Nance’s decision duplicates a condemnation of the USA, our Constitution, our American flag, the National Anthem, and our US Military!

This occurrence Is an example where, on a government appeal, Bergdahl and Judge Nance should both be (re)investigated, prosecuted, and found guilty of ‘TREASON’; perhaps, facing the death penalties.

If Bergdahl is not guilty of ‘TREASON’, even after he pleaded guilty as charged, no one ever has been guilty of any crime.

For Judge Nance to know the evidence, fully understand the occurrence, watch and listen as Bergdahl plead ‘GUILTY’ to the charges, and then let Bergdahl walk free, then Judge Nance too, is guilty of supporting ‘TREASON’.

May God Bless America!
